Group bookings

Group Bookings Terms & Conditions 

To keep noise at an acceptable level, we only accept groups of up to 3 families or maximum 15 people. 

  • Prior to your stay, we will ask for a £40.00 pre-authorised deposit to be paid by each unit. By unit, we mean by each tent or campervan, etc booked on. 

  • If your group consists of 5 or 6 adults, staying in 1 unit, we will ask for a deposit of £25.00 per adult. We do not accept groups of more than 6 adults staying in 1 unit or groups of more than 10 adults staying in several units. 

  • If your group is larger than the numbers booked in and exceeding the maximum number allowed, all or part of the group will be asked to leave. 

  • Noise and music level must be kept to a low level at all times. No music after 9pm. 

  • No noise after 10.00pm. 

  • Children remain the responsibility of their parents or guardians at all times. It is particularly important that you always know where your children or any children staying with you are, and that you provide adequate supervision for them at all times. The use of water balloons is strictly forbidden. 

  • No unaccompanied parties of teenagers. All guests under the age of 20 must be accompanied by an adult of parental age. 

  • Anyone being inconsiderate or spoiling the enjoyment of other guests will be asked to leave. 

  • Our staff team have the right to be treated with respect. We operate a zero-tolerance policy and will not tolerate any swearing, threats or verbal abuse of any kind. Any pitch holder treating staff members in a disrespectful way will be asked to leave. 

  • Failure to comply with any of these group rules can result in the group deposit not being refunded. 

  • Holme Valley Camping and Caravan Park reserve the right to refuse future bookings from any guest who has not complied with the Park rules in the past.
